Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of inventory between distribution centers and retail stores, ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels across all locations, implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Serve as a key point of contact for retail store managers regarding operational queries.
• Generate regular reports on inventory, sales, and operational performance.
• Support the rollout of new store initiatives and operational changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in retail operations, supply chain, or logistics coordination.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with inventory management software.
• Effective communication skills for remote collaboration.
