About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous and skilled Remote Architectural Drafter to join their fully remote team, supporting projects across South Africa . In this position, you will be responsible for creating precise architectural drawings and technical documentation from sketches and digital models provided by our design teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our project documentation, contributing directly to successful project outcomes without the need for a physical office presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using CAD software .
• Convert design concepts and sketches into accurate digital models and technical documentation.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, building codes , and industry standards.
• Collaborate remotely with architects and designers through digital communication channels.
• Maintain organized digital files and drawing archives.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Architectural Drafting or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and a good understanding of BIM principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
