About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Remote Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to manage the maintenance schedules and service needs of their diverse vehicle fleet, servicing locations nationwide, including areas around Welkom . In this remote position, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of fleet upkeep, ensuring optimal vehicle performance, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will liaise with external service providers, internal operations teams, and drivers to schedule preventative maintenance, address repair needs promptly, and maintain meticulous records. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent logistical and communication skills, capable of managing fleet operations effectively from a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules for the entire fleet.
• Coordinate and schedule all necessary repairs and services with approved external vendors and internal workshops.

Requirements
