This fully remote position requires an individual with a keen eye for opportunity and the ability to navigate the acquisition process from initial contact through to closing, irrespective of geographical constraints. You will play a vital role in expanding our client's property holdings, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strong negotiator, adept at remote communication, and possesses a deep understanding of property markets and deal structuring, enabling successful acquisitions nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential real estate investment opportunities through various channels.
• Conduct initial property assessments and preliminary financial analyses remotely.
• Initiate contact with property owners and their representatives to discuss potential acquisitions.
• Negotiate purchase prices and terms, striving for the most favorable outcomes for our client.
• Coordinate with legal teams, lenders, and other parties to facilitate smooth due diligence and closing processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property acquisition , sourcing, or related real estate roles.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating real estate deals, ideally in a remote capacity.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, valuation principles, and legal documentation.
• Exceptional remote communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in using online research tools, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve acquisition targets independently.
