Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote consultancy services to farmers on crop management, soil health, irrigation, and pest control strategies.
• Analyze client farm data, including yields, costs, and environmental factors, to develop customized improvement plans.
• Advise on the adoption of new agricultural technologies and sustainable farming practices tailored to specific client needs.
• Conduct virtual assessments and provide recommendations for operational efficiency and risk management.
• Stay current with agricultural research, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the industry.
• Develop and deliver webinars or online training sessions for clients on relevant agricultural topics.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in agricultural consulting, farm management, or agricultural research.
• Proven expertise in multiple facets of crop production and farm operations, with a strong understanding of sustainable practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency with agricultural software, data analysis tools, and remote communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, specialized CRM).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
