About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Remote Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties, primarily focusing on the Stellenbosch region, from a remote location. This role is responsible for maximizing the value and performance of the real estate assets under management through effective strategic planning, leasing, operational oversight, and financial management. You will work closely with property managers, leasing agents, and asset managers, utilizing digital platforms to drive performance and achieve investment objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for a portfolio of real estate assets to optimize returns and minimize risk.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including financial results, occupancy rates, and asset value appreciation.
• Oversee property management operations, ensuring high standards of maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Manage leasing activities, including market analysis, rental rate setting, and lease negotiation support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate portfolio management or asset management.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, market analysis, and property operations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful real estate investment strategies.
