You will play a key role in analyzing operational data, identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and ensuring the smooth execution of warehouse processes. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse operational data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvement.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various warehouse functions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping efficiency.
• Collaborate with warehouse managers and cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Assist in the implementation of new warehouse technologies and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards across all relevant facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead projects effectively in a remote setting.
