While the role is remote, it requires frequent virtual site inspections and coordination with on-site teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards across multiple sites. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who can effectively manage operations and communication through digital platforms, maintaining a high level of productivity and safety without being physically present on every site daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote supervision and guidance to on-site construction teams.
• Conduct virtual site inspections and progress monitoring using technology and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with project blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
• Monitor and enforce all health and safety regulations on construction sites.
• Coordinate with project managers and contractors to resolve site-specific issues.
• Review and approve daily site reports and progress updates from on-site personnel.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using remote monitoring tools, construction management software, and video conferencing.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for remote team management.
• Certification in relevant areas (e.g., OSHA) is a plus.
