Key Responsibilities

• Segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, and engagement to ensure personalized and relevant content delivery.

• Utilize email marketing platforms to build and maintain automated marketing journeys and drip campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribes) and provide detailed reports with insights and recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and maintain list hygiene.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.

• Proficiency with major email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid).

• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, A/B testing, and segmentation strategies.

• Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a focus on conversion-driven messaging.
