Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team of industrial engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive remote environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead role.

• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and advanced statistical analysis techniques.
• Exceptional remote leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
