Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of industrial processes and operational workflows from a remote location, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop, document, and present comprehensive process improvement strategies and implementation plans.
• Utilize simulation software and data analytics tools to model process changes and forecast their impact.
• Collaborate closely with on-site teams through virtual channels to guide the implementation of recommended changes.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
• Research and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity in a remote context.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, industrial engineering, or a similar analytical role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in process simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and data visualization platforms.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong remote communication, collaboration, and project management abilities, with a proven track record of success in a remote work environment.
