Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies, including pricing, inventory control, and channel management.
• Conduct detailed market analysis, competitor research, and demand forecasting to identify opportunities and risks.
• Implement dynamic pricing strategies across all distribution channels to optimize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
• Monitor booking pace, identify market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of strategies and effective execution.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on revenue performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar analytical role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles, forecasting techniques, and pricing strategies.
• Proficiency in using revenue management systems (RMS) and hotel operational software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data effectively.
