Remote Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous and proactive Remote Quality Assurance Specialist to join their dynamic team, supporting their manufacturing operations remotely. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control systems and processes to ensure products meet stringent standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of quality management principles, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a distributed team. You will be instrumental in maintaining the high quality of our client's products from anywhere, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct remote audits and inspections of production data, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and R&D, to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain quality management system documentation and ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and certifications.
• Train and support internal stakeholders on quality best practices and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
