About the Role

Our client is seeking a sharp and proactive Remote Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to identify and secure profitable real estate opportunities for their investment portfolio. This role is entirely remote, empowering you to leverage data and market insights from anywhere to source potential acquisitions. You will be responsible for the entire acquisition process, from initial deal sourcing and due diligence to negotiation and closing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate valuation, market analysis, and deal structuring, with a proven ability to close complex transactions. This is a critical role for driving the company's growth through strategic property investments, fostering a culture of rigorous analysis and successful deal-making within a remote operational framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify potential real estate acquisition opportunities through various channels, including off-market deals and broker networks.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, property inspections, title reviews, and environmental assessments.
• Develop detailed financial models and investment recommendations for potential acquisitions.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with sellers, ensuring favorable conditions for the company.
• Manage the closing process, coordinating with legal counsel, title companies, and other third parties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, property owners, and other industry professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate acquisitions , investment analysis, or deal sourcing.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing, analyzing, and closing real estate transactions.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, valuation methods, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline of deals, and thrive in a remote environment.
