Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with athletes and their support networks through various digital channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related field; relevant coaching certifications are highly valued.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching a specific sport at a competitive level, with a track record of athlete improvement.
• Proficiency in using online communication tools, video conferencing software, and digital performance analysis platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate athletes remotely.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload of clients independently.
