About The Role
As a Senior Renewals Manager supporting Enterprise and Strategic customers, you own the commercial success of a portfolio of customers by driving predictable renewals and partnering with Sales and Customer Success to maximize long-term customer value and growth.
You serve as the commercial quarterback throughout the renewal lifecycle, aligning executive stakeholders, managing commercial risk, and delivering accurate forecasts while helping customers realize continued business impact from Highspot.
What You'll Do Own Commercial Renewals: Lead the end-to-end renewal strategy for a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic customers, driving predictable retention and long-term customer value.
Build Executive Relationships: Develop trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and align commercial conversations to customer business priorities and outcomes. Lead Commercial Negotiations: Own pricing, commercial terms, and contract negotiations to achieve successful renewal outcomes.
