As an established, profitable and growing company, we take our responsibilities to our customers seriously as we continue to build upon our data‑driven platform to create a new ecosystem of integrated logistics. We work flexibly with 3 days a week remote and 2 days working in our offices.

Role mission To serve as the strategic bridge between our customers' business needs and Flip’s ecosystem, orchestrating the seamless delivery of integration projects that unlock long‑term value and operational excellence. Core purpose You will lead the end‑to‑end integration journey; from initial requirements gathering to final project delivery.

You are not the one writing the code, but you focus on translating complex business workflows into clear technical requirements, managing project timelines with precision, and ensuring that both internal stakeholders and external partners are aligned and informed at every step.

You can juggle multiple integration workstreams, manage timelines, and keep projects on track without losing sight of the details or the deadline. • Master communicator: You are a translator between "Business" and "Tech."
