Job Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic and driven Transformation Lead to support the evolution of our key sales business function, Sourcing.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the roadmap, managing strategic initiatives, and enabling the scaling of key sourcing-related products, while promoting innovation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This role operates in a highly dynamic and evolving business environment, requiring continuous problem-solving, adaptability, and strategic clarity. You will be expected to translate complex topics into clear recommendations, influence senior stakeholders, and challenge traditional approaches to drive meaningful change.
Job Responsibilities Support the definition and execution of the global Sourcing strategy, including vision, ambition, and roadmap.
