Key Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis and design for building structures, bridges, and other civil infrastructure.
  • Develop detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculations using structural analysis software.
  • Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, standards, and regulations in various jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams remotely to define project requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Review shop drawings and provide construction administration support to ensure adherence to design intent.
  • Conduct structural assessments and reports for existing buildings and infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural focus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in structural engineering design.
  • Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) or equivalent professional registration.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard structural design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, Revit Structure).
  • Experience working effectively in a remote team environment and managing projects independently.
  • Strong understanding of material behavior (steel, concrete, timber) and construction methods.
