About the Role:

Sagan connects experienced supply chain and logistics coordinators with US-based businesses. Your experience will be matched to relevant client opportunities, with specific responsibilities confirmed during the selection process.

Position Overview:

Support purchasing and logistics through accurate order records, supplier follow-up and shipment tracking.
You do not need to cover every specialty. Tell us which responsibilities you have owned and where you are strongest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain purchase, order and shipment records.
• Follow up with suppliers and logistics contacts on status and missing information.
• Track delivery dates and flag delays or discrepancies.
• Prepare updates and supporting documents for purchasing and operations teams.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
• Practical experience with purchasing, inventory, shipment tracking and spreadsheet systems.
• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support. These are preferences, not requirements for every opportunity.
