About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead their operations from a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive supply chain strategies to meet business objectives.

• Oversee procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, and transportation functions.

• Manage and strengthen relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement and cost savings.

• Lead and mentor a remote team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and implement sustainable supply chain practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management and operations.

• Proven track record of optimizing supply chains, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.

• Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.

• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced supply chain planning software.
