About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to join their remote team, focusing on the optimization of supply chain operations within the FMCG sector. This role is critical for ensuring the efficient flow of goods from sourcing to delivery, managing inventory levels, and coordinating logistics to meet consumer demand. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage inventory levels across various distribution points to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize holding costs.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance overall performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a remote team environment.
