Support Specialist · $28/hr Remote

• Place and receive phone calls on behalf of customers to complete tasks including reservations and vendor confirmations.
• Engage with businesses and service providers to gather information and fulfill requests professionally.
• Navigate phone menus and call centers to reach appropriate contacts for each task.
• Document outcomes and important details for every call interaction with accuracy.
• Handle a high volume of short, consecutive calls addressing various customer needs.
• Collaborate with other remote professionals to ensure a consistent customer service experience.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in executive assistance, virtual assistance, concierge services, or customer support via phone.
• Fluent, neutral, and clear spoken English with strong improvisational skills for US-based interactions.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and navigating automated phone systems.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection, quiet work environment, and a quality wired or USB headset.
• Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or travel industries; negotiation or escalation experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple consecutive tasks.
