We are looking for a Support Team Lead – SRE II to coordinate a team of 3 – 4 engineers and contribute to the reliability of critical production services.
This hands‑on position combines technical operations with team coordination in an environment based on OpenShift, microservices, distributed systems, Kafka, and MongoDB .
You will manage day‑to‑day activities with a good level of autonomy , working closely with the Tech Lead, customers, and technical teams on complex issues, service priorities, and key technical decisions .
