As the Team Lead, Learning and Development , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth collaboration within the Instructional Design Team, with departmental colleagues, subject matter experts, and stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Plan learning design projects with instructional designers, ensuring timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables are met while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment. Translate project plans into clear task lists, assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress across the team.
Serve as the main point of contact for other teams and stakeholders, building positive relationships, ensuring clarity, and aligning expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Support broader communication efforts—planning training launches, crafting clear, engaging messaging for both internal teams and client‑facing audiences.
You will lead the coordination of project timelines, manage approvals, facilitate communication, and support the overall workflow of our learning programs. Support people‑management functions such as assigning projects based on skills fit, monitoring capacity, and escalating bottlenecks where needed.
Develop and manage a limited number of your own e‑learning projects as an instructional designer.
