Your mission
Success-oriented team and performance management: daily management of the SDR team to ensure KPIs are met, setting individual performance targets, continuous progress tracking and targeted feedback for further development
Strategic sales development: designing the sales strategy and building the necessary infrastructure to achieve the defined KPI targets
Individual skills development: coaching and individual feedback sessions to improve sales skills and overcome obstacles
Increasing technological efficiency: further development the tech stack (Outreach, data enrichment tools, Salesforce) to increase performance and efficiency
Continuous process optimisation: continuously optimise outbound processes to maximise outbound motion
Hands-on sales: take on operational sales activities and actively contribute to the team's success
Your profile You have at least four years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or call center industry You have already gained initial management experience You are data-driven and have a strong affinity for processes You have a proven track record of underpinning your strategic goals with KPIs and successfully driving them forward You are communicative,
