Overview
Tealium is seeking a Technical Lead, Implementation Engineer to join our Professional Services team. We’re looking for a strategic and highly resourceful technical leader who can operate independently, leverage AI and modern tools effectively, and drive execution in fast-moving customer environments.
Success in this role requires strong ownership, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, adaptability, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration across customers and internal teams.
You will regularly engage with customers across the EMEA/MENA region, building trusted relationships and accelerating the adoption of Tealium’s solutions while partnering closely with regional stakeholders and our UK-based EMEA team.
In this customer-facing role, you will help organizations unlock value from Tealium’s product suite through technical implementation, strategic consulting, and solution architecture.
Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, you will lead complex implementations, solve technical challenges, and drive measurable customer outcomes across enterprise environments.
