Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendors to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, use case development, process modeling, journey mapping, and data analysis.
• Translate business needs into Features, Product Backlog Items (PBIs), User Stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation using Azure DevOps (ADO).
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Product Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), and Azure DevOps.
