What You’ll Do: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Noon.ai, Ashby, and other tools to identify exceptional technical talent. Craft personalized outreach that gets responses and conduct recruiter screens. Track pipeline metrics and consistently exceed weekly sourcing and intro goals.
What We’ve Built: Detailed Ideal Candidate Profiles, proven sourcing playbooks, and outreach templates with strong response rates. Robust workflows in Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Noon.ai at your disposal. Structured interview processes and scorecards to support your success. $150,000 base salary with uncapped variable comp and meaningful equity.
