• Be an active builder, not just a coordinator, using AI tooling to ship working prototypes.
• Translate ADRs into precise tickets and write clear, executable specs.
What You'll Own:
• Product strategy and delivery for the Talent Portal, AI Coach, Career Passport, and Training & Job Matching.
• Define user profiling strategy for the AI Coach and set its evaluation framework.
• Drive talent-side data and AI use cases to feed the platform's outcomes intelligence.
Work AI-Natively:
• Use AI agents and LLM tooling as your primary work layer to generate prototypes, specs, and insights.
• Know when to automate and when to involve humans for judgment.
• Set the bar for AI-native product workflow that others can adopt.
Build with Talent at the Center:
• Conduct continuous, lightweight customer research and synthesize findings into problem statements.
• Prototype fast using AI tooling and no-code/low-code methods.
• Stay current on workforce development policy and system dynamics.
• Own the multi-quarter roadmap and connect feature decisions to FutureFit's overall flywheel.
• Contribute to quarterly strategy with clear representation of the job seeker perspective.
• Drive competitor and market analysis for AI-native workforce technology.
