Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage transportation operations to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation carriers , negotiating contracts and service level agreements.
• Implement and enforce transportation policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
• Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to track shipments, manage loads, and generate reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any transportation-related issues or disruptions promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in transportation management , logistics planning, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of various transportation modes (road, rail, sea, air) and international shipping regulations.
• Proficiency in using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and other logistics software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Ability to manage complex logistics projects and drive continuous improvement in a remote environment.
