About the Role
We are seeking a Travel Support Specialist to assist clients throughout their travel planning and booking experience. In this role, you will provide guidance, answer questions, manage updates, and ensure travelers receive reliable and attentive support from the moment they inquire to the moment they return home.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to client inquiries by email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist clients with travel planning, booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency processes.
• Maintain organized client records to support smooth communication and planning.
Follow up before and after travel to confirm details and collect feedback. Address client concerns with empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving.
What We’re Looking For
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience; travel, tourism, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
• Ability to learn new tools, software, and booking platforms quickly.
