• Oversee early-careers recruitment across operations, commercial, strategy, product, growth, and core departments
• Manage full-lifecycle graduate, intern, and entry-level recruitment
• Build, expand, and maintain strategic relationships with universities, career departments, academic heads, and student societies
• Design and execute targeted campus attraction campaigns across the UK
• Attend career fairs, guest lectures, and university networking sessions across the UK
• Own CV screening, interviews, assessments, and recruitment pipelines
• Partner with leadership and team leads to map hiring needs and define candidate profiles
• Deliver an engaging candidate journey from campus outreach through offer acceptance and remote onboarding

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the higher education landscape
• Ability to navigate university networks, career centers, and student organizations
• Experience managing graduate, intern, and entry-level recruitment processes
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with universities, career departments, academic heads, and student societies
• Ability to design and execute campus attraction campaigns across the UK
• Experience with CV screening, interviews, assessments, and recruitment pipelines
• Ability to partner with leadership and team leads to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
