UK Remote Job – Campaign Manager at Tem (UK Skilled Worker Visa Sponsor)

Responsibilities

• Own multi-channel campaigns from brief to delivery across owned and offline channels, on brand, on time, and on budget
• Build briefs, timelines, and budget plans and drive execution to completion
• Keep deliverables aligned across channels and accurate in collaboration with product marketing
• Identify and act on communications opportunities around key brand moments
• Align the Brand and Credibility campaign calendar with wider business needs
• Plan and run events and support road shows
• Own roadshow support, customer events, and out-of-home campaigns from planning through execution, including logistics
• Travel to UK events roughly once a month for one or two days
• Manage merchandise and swag, including design, ordering, and distribution
• Support branding for the bi-annual company-wide temfest event
• Source and manage agencies, freelancers, suppliers, and other external partners
• Own external briefs and artwork through delivery and manage partners to time and budget
• Coordinate freelancer-led paid tests
• Serve as the connection point between Brand & Credibility, product marketing, other internal teams, agencies, and freelancers
• Embed AI workflows or tooling to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
• Run post-campaign reviews to improve future campaigns

Requirements

• 2-4 years in a marketing, agency, or creative production role delivering multi-channel campaigns or events end to end
• Experience managing budgets and keeping projects on time and on spec, including at least one complex or messy project
• Experience sourcing, briefing, and managing external partners, including agencies, freelancers, and suppliers
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to turn a one-line brief into a plan and adjust when priorities shift
• Daily use of AI tools to plan, write, and analyse faster and empower others
• Agency background in account management, project management, creative operations, or production is a bonus
• B2B or B2B technology experience is a bonus
• Experience setting up basic paid social or search campaigns is a bonus
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing is required by the application form
• Must be able to work from the country of residence with appropriate work authorization or sponsorship support
