UK Remote Job – Event Marketing Manager at Merkle Science

• Collaborate with Account Executives to align event marketing strategy with account plans
• Plan, execute, and track Merkle Science’s global event presence to maximize lead generation and pipeline growth
• Define event marketing objectives and metrics
• Conduct post-event evaluations, report progress, and recommend optimization strategies
• Measure event impact against KPIs to inform decisions and align with business goals
• Contribute to strategic development of event marketing plans
• Manage event marketing budgets and report on budget utilization and performance
• Track budget costs and communicate scope changes affecting the budget
• Lead event marketing workstreams and support cross-functional teams and internal leaders
• Collaborate with Sales to identify marketing-supported needs and gaps
• Organize and communicate event schedules, locations, registration details, and attendee information
• Evaluate third-party opportunities and build vendor relationships
• Stay informed about partner and key account plans and advocate for alignment
• Coordinate with teams, suppliers, and contributors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in event marketing or field marketing
• Knowledge in trade show project management, including strategy, messaging, design, logistics, vendor management, budget, execution, and post-event analysis
• Experience operating within B2B or B2G marketing ecosystems preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable presenting strategy and results to senior leadership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and analysis of marketing funnel metrics
• Occasional travel required, less than 20%
