What You Will Do: • Prepare price calculations (in Excel) and quotations (in CRM and Word) and keep the database up to date. • Be informed about the project, location, architect, type of application, etc.; calculate prices for special applications and lenses: request prices from suppliers; take account of exchange rates according to sales currency. • Draw up quotation/contract; send quotation with details and brochures to customers; follow up quotations with customers and manufacturing agents/external representatives. • Process orders in ERP system: open sales files (sales approval) and production files; gather necessary information (dimensions, depths, heights of frame & door openings) to produce shop drawings by the technical department; verify shop drawings to ensure compliance with the original request. • After‑sales service: respond to customer inquiries; follow‑up on projects; resolve potential problems on a shipped order (related to delivery, product attributes, missing parts, installation, etc.); send letters of warranty.
