About the role

We are seeking an expert, high-performing Senior Healthcare Recruiter with extensive US onshore recruitment experience to lead talent acquisition across our core healthcare, medical, and scientific verticals. This role requires a professional who has deeply navigated the complexities of recruiting across multiple US states. You must possess a sharp understanding of changing state-level licensing laws, compact state regulations, and the unique compliance demands required to hire top-tier talent—ranging from front-line clinical staff and travel nurses to laboratory scientists and pharmaceutical experts.

Key responsibilities

• Multi-State Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates across four core US verticals: Clinical/Allied Health, Nursing & Therapy, Life Sciences, and Commercial Pharma.
• US Compliance & Licensing Oversight: Authenticate and verify state-specific licensing (e.g., state nursing boards, professional compacts), certifications, and strict federal compliance frameworks (FDA, cGMP, GxP).
• Niche Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Build and maintain active candidate benches for high-volume local staffing, travel contracts, and passive, highly technical US scientific talent.
• VMS & Platform Management: Manage high-volume contingent labor and 13-week travel contracts utilizing major US Vendor Management Systems (VMS), automated sourcing tools, and specialized healthcare databases.
• Stakeholder Advisory: Partner with US-based clinical directors, laboratory managers, and pharmaceutical executives to align hiring strategies with local market supply and state technical requirements.

About you

• 2+ years of dedicated, onshore US healthcare or life sciences recruiting experience (agency or corporate settings).
• Proven track record of managing requisitions across multiple US states simultaneously, with deep practical knowledge of state-by-state variations in licensing, credentialing, and employment practices.
• Strong competency in at least two of the following areas: Clinical/Allied (High-volume US requisitions such as EMTs, Paramedics, Medical Assistants, Event Staffing); Nursing/Therapy (Inpatient specialties such as ICU, ER, Med/Surg, nursing compact states, and 13-week travel contracts); Life Sciences (Highly technical US research talent such as CRAs, Regulatory Affairs, Lab Managers); Pharma (Technical and commercial profiles such as Pharmacovigilance, Biostatisticians, US-market Medical Sales, and cGMP manufacturing).
• Advanced proficiency with major US ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and healthcare-specific job boards/databases (e.g., Vivian, Indeed, specialized healthcare networks).
