UX/UI Designer (Figma) at BairesDev

As a UX/UI Designer, you will shape the digital experience of our products by creating intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning interfaces. You will translate user needs and business requirements into seamless digital journeys, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality look and feel across all web platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Design comprehensive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent.
• Craft responsive web interfaces that adapt seamlessly across a diverse range of screen sizes and devices.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for creating high-fidelity user interfaces and prototypes.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
