Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end video editing projects using OpenShot or Shotcut.
• Demonstrate real-world editing workflows for AI training, including sequencing and pacing.
• Clearly explain editing decisions in written and verbal formats.
• Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and production quality.
• Troubleshoot technical or creative issues and document solutions.
• Participate in feedback sessions to refine editing best practices.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in OpenShot or Shotcut with end-to-end project experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage digital assets and complex timelines.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
