About the Role Our client is seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic Virtual Event Coordinator to manage and execute engaging online events for the hospitality and tourism sector . This fully remote position requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless digital experiences that captivate attendees.

You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of virtual events, from platform selection and technical setup to content management and attendee engagement.

Key Responsibilities • Coordinate the planning and execution of all virtual events, including webinars, online conferences, and virtual trade shows for the tourism industry . • Manage virtual event platforms, ensuring smooth technical operations, registration processes, and attendee support. • Liaise with speakers, presenters, and sponsors to gather content, confirm schedules, and ensure their technical readiness for virtual presentations. • Develop engaging content for virtual events, including presentations, polls, Q&A sessions, and interactive elements to maximize attendee participation. • Monitor virtual event performance, gather feedback through surveys, and provide reports on key metrics such as attendance, engagement, and satisfaction. • Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time during events to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 2-4 years of experience in event coordination , with a specific focus on virtual events. • Proficiency with various virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, Cvent) and related technologies. • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at working with diverse stakeholders in a remote capacity . • Familiarity with the hospitality and tourism industries is a strong plus.
