Our client is actively seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Virtual Event Planner to organize and execute online events within the beauty and wellness sector. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of virtual events, from conceptualization and platform selection to execution and post-event analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the beauty industry and a proven track record of successfully planning and delivering high-quality online events.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of virtual events, including product launches, webinars, online workshops, and virtual conferences for the beauty industry.
• Manage event platforms, ensuring seamless technical delivery and optimal user experience for attendees.
• Develop event agendas, coordinate speaker engagements, and manage all logistical aspects of virtual events.
• Create engaging content and promotional materials to drive event registration and attendance.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event coordination.
• Analyze event performance metrics, gather feedback, and provide comprehensive post-event reports.
