Key Responsibilities Publish job advertisements every Monday and conduct thorough candidate screenings throughout the week, ensuring accurate data entry in recruitment metrics.
Participate in bi‑weekly Saturday interview sessions and evaluate candidates’ qualifications in collaboration with HR consultants. Report directly to the Human Resources Recruitment Manager, providing updates on recruitment progress, candidate trends, and hiring challenges, and support the refinement of hiring strategies.
Skills and Competencies Required Strong experience in full‑cycle recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation. Excellent interviewing and communication skills, able to conduct structured interviews and provide insightful evaluations.
