Program Area: Communications and Digital Marketing
Purpose / Objective: The Asylum Seekers Centre’s communications team is seeking a volunteer to support the creation of video materials for our website and social media channels.
Manage concept briefs and projects, providing suggestions to the Communications team from pre‑production, filming and post‑production. Project check‑ins with Communications team (flexible timing).
This position is best suited for those who have strong storytelling skills and professional experience in video production who wish to offer their skills and/or services in‑kind to help ASC.
Commitment: Flexible, based on a per project basis

Location: Flexible (ASC Office in Newtown or remotely)
Duties & Responsibilities
Produce high‑quality video materials that capture the stories and issues of people seeking asylum and the ASC community (including staff and supporters).
Bring your own equipment or work with ASC's available gear to ensure high‑quality production values. You will be responsible for camera operation. When possible, produce edit downs for social media platforms. Selection Criteria
