Following a major funding round and exceptional commercial growth, the company is entering its next phase of expansion and is looking for a sales leader to build and scale its Mid-Market business across EMEA. Build, hire and lead a high-performing sales organization from the ground up.

Design territories, sales processes, operating cadence and hiring strategy. Drive both new business and customer expansion in a land-and-expand model. Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Pre-Sales and RevOps to accelerate growth. First-line leadership role with significant hiring responsibility.

Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. Opportunity to shape the organization as it scales. Growth Targets Own ambitious ARR growth across the Mid-Market segment. Responsible for both new customer acquisition and expansion revenue. Significant executive visibility and influence on company growth.

Proven experience scaling Mid-Market revenue through both new logo acquisition and expansion. Strong hiring, coaching and leadership capabilities. Former top-performing individual contributor before moving into leadership. Experience selling platform or multi-product SaaS solutions.

Strong operational discipline across forecasting, pipeline management and sales execution. Experience with land-and-expand sales motions and complex commercial cycles. Nice to Have Experience in enterprise software, sustainability, compliance, supply chain or adjacent markets. Product-Led Growth (PLG) experience.

Partner or channel sales leadership experience. Background in high-growth or unicorn SaaS companies.
