About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Management System (WMS) Administrator to manage and optimize their WMS platform in a fully remote setting. This pivotal role ensures the efficient operation and continuous improvement of warehouse processes through effective system management. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the WMS, collaborating closely with operational teams to enhance productivity and data accuracy within the Logistics & Warehousing domain. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in WMS solutions and a strong understanding of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the company's Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve user queries promptly.
• Develop and implement system enhancements and updates to improve workflow efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity within the WMS through regular audits and data cleansing.
• Develop and deliver training programs for warehouse staff on WMS functionalities.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate WMS with other business systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a WMS Administrator or similar role, with extensive knowledge of major WMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in database management and SQL is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and training abilities to support a remote workforce.
