Warehouse Operations Coordinator - Remote

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinatorto join their fully remote team. This role is critical in supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the warehouse, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth execution of logistics processes. You will be instrumental in managing documentation, tracking inventory, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving operational queries, all from your remote workstation. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Assist in managing warehouse staff schedules and task assignments.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, carriers, and customers regarding order status and logistics updates.
• Process shipping documents and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for operational improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)and other relevant logistics software.
• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory control principles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
