About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee warehouse operations remotely, supporting facilities that serve the Kimberley region and beyond. In this critical role, you will lead a team of warehouse associates, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high standards of safety and productivity, all while working from a remote location. You will be instrumental in driving best practices in inventory management, order fulfillment, and process optimization through effective remote leadership and communication. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote leadership and supervision to warehouse teams, setting clear goals and expectations.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Implement and monitor adherence to health and safety protocols within the warehouse environment.
• Manage inventory control processes, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stock discrepancies through remote oversight.
• Drive operational improvements and efficiency gains through analysis and implementation of best practices.
• Communicate effectively with on-site teams, management, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, ideally with remote oversight experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations , inventory management, and logistics principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions remotely.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and communication tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
