Responsibilities

• Role: Workday Business Analyst with total 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years as a business systems analyst in a global organization.
• Possess a good understanding of Record to Report (Accounting, Reporting, Consolidations, reconciliations).
• Good understanding of Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes, accounting practices, and SOX compliance.
• Remain composed in a dynamic environment and communicate successfully to all levels of team members.
• Knowledge of ERP and ability to support Workday financial system.
• Experience supporting end-users and troubleshooting system issues.
• Motivated self-starter who is resourceful and has a willingness to learn Workday functionality.
• Team player that embraces change and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Total 8 years of experience and at least 5 years of business systems analyst experience in a global organization.
• Experience with Workday Financials is required; remote work setup is acceptable.

Preferred Skills

• At least 3+ years of professional experience supporting a Finance/Accounting organization.
• Experience with Workday Financials, Salesforce, RevPro and Adaptive is a plus.
• Experience in creating simple, matrix and composite reports with calculated fields in Workday Financials.
