Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage youth development programs and activities, primarily online.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to young people, helping them set and achieve personal and educational goals.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on topics such as leadership, life skills, and career readiness.
• Connect youth with resources, opportunities, and networks relevant to their development.
• Monitor participant engagement and program effectiveness, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to enhance youth outreach and support services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Youth Development, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience in youth work, mentoring, or program coordination.
• Strong understanding of adolescent development and the challenges faced by young people.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and digital literacy skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage projects remotely, and foster positive relationships with youth online.
• Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and educational platforms.
