3–6 years of experience in Talent Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Recruitment Research, or a related talent identification function. ~ Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing, research, and talent intelligence platforms. ~ Fluency in English and German. ~ Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred Our collaboration as a team is characterized by mutual support, an active exchange of experience, and strong trust.
